Its not just the US...just the US feel that reporting it = ratings.
It happens all over the world....its sad but not something that is isolated to a country. |

school's out, so kids are more likely to swim alone, explore caves without telling an adult, play with matches, jump into swimming pools head first, cross the street without looking both ways, accept rides from strangers, tell strangers on the phone that their parents aren't home, not wash their hands before eating, pet strange dogs, not come home before sunset, and play in the middle of the street. |
