What an unexpected great night. Decided at 11:30 to go to the guvernment wth my best friend for a chill night with some good music and it turned into one of the best nights at guv. There was a lot of room to dance, walk, jump, everything - thanks to Tiesto and G2 for killing a lot of the crowd.
Mark's set had a little bit of everyhting, funky house, tech house, techno, trance - why do I always forget of these gems of a night when he plays solo. Best part of the night going crazy to Red Line Highway, most fun part - early in the night 1:30ish - some Eminem song remixed, followed by remix of Don't Cha (wish your girlfiend was hot like me...) and then some old school - searching for a new love... sorry I suck at track IDs but it was just a amazingly fun 15 minutes.
Saw Samhouse and Tully during Red Line - so I just kinda waved - and other than that no other TA"S, but still had a blast hanging out with my best friend.
The sparce crowd did open my eyes to just how much Whitney and K is done at Guv - didn't realize they were so popular at Guv. |

Solo nights are the best by far hands down. Musically you cant beat it. I wish guv would get it's consistancy back by having more resident nights because i think they are losing a lot of ground by having some cheesy fluff act one week, and then a house guest the next and so on. It's the reason most of my friends check twice now before they go to guv. Because you never know what you are going to get.
With a resident night, you know its going to be good. |

| I was there aswell! Was great! I wasnt a fan of that Eminem business or the few other tracks but overall I enjoyed it. Nice that there was some room! |
