Thats taken from axwell- feel the vibe if im not mistaken?
Anyway- its a live bass- played by a human. Could be emulated ish with some slide and a few other controllers, but best just to sample it from a real bass player as a recreation would not sound the same.
Heavily compressed, but not so much that it destroys the attack or the subtletys of the playing, and eq'd to bring the mid bass out. |

| This can be very easily done using the Old School Slap Bass in Trilogy. No problom at all. |

Well that's the one that will do it.
Then you need to eq and compress it along with putting it through an amp simulator like Amplitube - or even better a real Line6 Bass Pod. |
