What is this sound?? Try to guess!

I have this sample, but i don't know what it is. I'm guessing for hours now, but i can't figure it out. Need some help please :)

Ok some more info about the game:
It's a radio game, and if i guess it right i can win 113.000 euro, thats like 150.000 USD. (I'll split the prize if you give me the right answer.)
It's about "the sound of the summer"
Every hour, the prize is raised with 1.000 euro.
The radiostation gave some tips:
Hint 1:
This sound can be heared on many places
Hint 2:
Like the tissues from two weeks ago, this sound may be more obvious than you think.
Hint 3:
The sound does not have to mean something with an airplane directly
Hint 4:
It can be (done?) inside as outside
Hint 5:
You can see them in many colors. |

Its a manual credit card machine, you know the ones where you need to put that slip of paper in and it imprints the card details onto it.

How do u know it's for a prize? :P
I'll split the prize with the one who gives me the right answer.
I tried to filter the sound, and in the break between the first noise and the second noise, there's a little bump in the graphic, and it sounds like something hydraulic. |

sounds like one of those things you get outside corner shops. where you put 20p in and turn the handle and some puny little plastic model comes out in an egg shaped...egg |
