I thought there was a rule on TA to take out the links for the Yousendit hosted files. Because if you CLICK on the link, the Yousendit a-holes can trace it back to THIS thread and then Swamper and the whole site is in trouble.
By putting up a set on this forum, you are violating Yousendit's rules (read it!). Do you really want Tranceaddict to be shut down because of some insignificant liveset? At least take out the LINK, make it only copy and paste text address, if you know what I mean - then they cant trace it.
And I didnt download it ... |

Well, actually, search around for posts by user YouSendIt, and you'll get a result with about a dozen or so thread where a Yousendit robot is saying this (PLEASE PAY attention to the RED colouring):

8.5 Misuse of System Resources

8.6 Other Activities
Whether lawful or unlawful, YouSendIt reserves the right to determine what is harmful to its Customers, operations or reputation, including any activities that restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Service or the Internet.
Please be aware YouSendIt reserves the right to cancel any account or transmission they find in violation of any of the above policies. If appropriate, YouSendIt will refer complaints to law enforcement authorities, and in such case, YouSendIt will actively assist law enforcement agencies with the investigation and prosecution of any such activities, including surrendering Customer account and data information.
13.1 Without limiting other remedies, YouSendIt may immediately issue a warning, suspend (i.e., lock out access and operation of Services for Customer) either temporarily or indefinitely, or terminate Customer's account and refuse to provide Services to Customer if: (a) YouSendIt believes that Customer have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement, or any of our policies; or (b) Customer have failed to pay fees or other payments due to YouSendIt; or (c) YouSendIt is unable to verify or authenticate any information Customer provides to YouSendIt; or (d) YouSendIt believes that Customer's actions may cause legal liability for Customer, YouSendIt’s other clients, or YouSendIt.
The following section is relevant only in cases when what we deem to be unlawful material has been shared using our service:
You agree to not use YouSendIt's Service to:
a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-images; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;
b. harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;
c. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party

I actually just bumped an old thread in 'Chill Lout Forum' with an example of what YouSendIt can do. The thread is titled
'holy crap this song is hard as hell'. I am not giving link (I am auto-login, and the address is all complicated), since the last time I did that my password got changed. |
