Best Program for Mash-Up's?

| I was wondering which program would be best suited to help me mash together 2 tracks, hence making a mash-up version. I have discovered that the Original and Remix of a certain track sounds even better when layered over one-another. I wanna find a way to make it so they sound like one song. |

lately ive been using FLStudio for makin mixcd's and its been workin exceptionally well. i dont see why it wouldnt be useful for this aswell.
