If that snake wasn't released -alive- I will come and clamp YOU to an electric fence. WTF is up with people not liking snakes just because they're snakes?
I'd simply get it off the fence. It has just eaten judging from the size of it's belly, so it's slow. |

exactly. i dunno about handling it myself though just because they are really strong. but generally speaking, pythons won't attack aggressively and they are more slow and sneaky (they squeeze their prey). they rarely bite/attack humans.
anyway, i I don’t think I’d ever own one, but I’ve never been scared of them and I would never be like, “EWW kill it!!” if I ever saw one. They are beautiful creatures and you have to respect them. Anyone who would even think about hacking such a huge and gorgeous snake like that just for the of it, is a goddamn moron who has no respect for anything other than himself/herself. |

Yup, it is an electric fence. That is the reason why the snake can not let its mouth go off the wire: The electricity is clamping it's jaw closed. |
uhm i dont understand how you people see it as the jaw closed when the mouth of it is wide open. someone explain please cuz i feel like a brain dead programmer on a friday morning.
and the whole deal about it being sad and animal cruelty bull, sorry but that bag needs to hang there alittle more till them hawks come and pick at it's body for hours on end. look at the size of that crap, you know how those snakes usually "strike", i think that thing would immediately coil up right before you are about to cut the wire then as the wires snaps, that thing will launch at you, bite you in the stomach and wrap itself around you paralizing you and ultimately end up in its stomach... that ...lighter fluid and a match please
and animal cruelty only pertains to non-violent animals like dogs n cats...this thing is a killer |

the jaw is being snapped closed by the electric, the reason its not actually 'closing' is because of the wire being stuck if you get me |

What a piece of bull. That snake would probably do nothing to harm you. And if in doubt, just put the animal to sleep first (temporarily that is).
By the way, as if dogs do not kill. But I bet you never thought of that. |

That still is no explanation.
But whatever, you'll probably just come up with another witty retort. Have it your way. |
Thanks for cutting the sarcasm with a butter knife captain obvious but...i feel you on that one
and if you want an explanation or any deliberation ontopic about animal cruelty, i'd be more than happy to argue my point of view. Although I do not promote or condone such an activity, it's evident that in certain situations the stipulations behind animal cruelty exist. I'm not defending any mans right to inflict any harm that is detrimental to an animals well being. The image in the beginning of this thread is in fact a malicious animal. Not that the image does any justice to prove this, the fact of the matter is, if provoked, it would inflict much more harm to a HUMAN BEING than it would say a dog bite. Now the analogy isn't quite right since in any given situation, the reaction of any animal can not be determined. The animal is not contained (no pun intended) as it is a wild life specie. A clear example would be containing a wild life animal without using detrimental tactics has become a world wide issue. Animal Cruelty is a topic within that issue. So again, the portrayal and comment made by myself was nonetheless sarcasm which you failed to see. And if I need to make myself clear about where I stand on this topic, prior to receiving any judgement, just ask. Anything else outside the realm of genuity i'd consider it part of character. In other words I WAS KIDDING! Oh yea, just another witty retort.
edit - and thanks for deleting your "witty retort" |

| it does look massive, and it did just eat something, and most likely it won't attack humans, unless you really piss it off. i too remember taking pictures with that thing on my shoulders in the childhood. fun times, those were. it'd be interesting to see what it ate, though:D |
