So I figured Id post a clip from a mix Im working on, Im still doing some trial and error with tracks, picking some up along the way... heres alittle taste of what you will be hearing.

| only 5 tracks and its 40min... Dude your letting these tracks play way to long.....The mix gets tedious as i listen to it very fatiguing to hear the intro and outro of each song... Do some creative bassline changes.... or something.... your mixing is much better... You did this on tables right? |

Thing is, I like long transitions - I like it when the songs melt into each other... I dont like to cut in and out of songs.
When youre an amature, its all about being as perfect as possible... when you gain some fame you can do whatever you want because you wont be criticized for it.
Im still not great with the EQ's, as you can tell by the mix, cause I dont use them at all, its something Ill work on when I get better. |
