if u have good credit, real estate investment. u can get approved for your first home loan on a place (preconstruction) and do all sorts of creative financing if u do your homework and then flip it when it's done and make anywhere from 15k - $$$$$$$$$$ depending on the place/area. then just keep buying properties and flipping them...tons of people are doing it and quit their jobs and just do that now and they're more than comfortable.
right now the buyers market sucks though because prices are ridiculously high, but for sellers and investors...they're making out like bandits.
anyway, that would be the easy and quick way. but u definitely gotta have good or decent credit. |
