i went on a cruise once, went throughout all the minor Antilles in the caribbean. Now, I've lived in the tropics all my life. So the climate was NO BIG DEAL, same ol same ol.....but the service, the boat itself, just being out there was a different world. I was with my parents, so you can imagine the lameness. But it was still epic for me.
the food is just WOW.
i recommend something like that. It's very private, very chill, you get the beaches, the touristy area if needed. On every island you pick an activity you want to do (if you wanna do one at all). You can stay on the boat, eat like a king, stay in the cabin, fuk yo lady.
you can do whatever, whenever, however.
You are the king of the cruiseline and they truly make you feel that way.
Buy a plane ticket to puerto rico or florida and find a SOLID cruiseline. Some deals are better than others.
vacations are swell, but the cruise is a 100% win-win proposition. With a girlfriend in mind, this is Perfect. It's something i want to do in the future, i just need to find the right lady to spend the money on. ;)

If you and/or your girl like major scenery, you should either:
a. go to Long Beach in BC (between Tofino and Ucluelet on the west coast of Vancouver Island)
b. go up the west coast of Mainland BC
c. go to Victoria
d. go to W. Vancouver and/or Whistler
or if you like deserts more
e. go check out Osoyoos, BC's own desert oasis ;) |
