Awww...thank you so much b4k-oz and Adrenalina! I know this is even cheesier than my story, but the reason I did it at the airport was because I didn't want Jenny to set foot on Toronto soil without being my fiancee!!! That's why the airplane would have been my #1 choice but alas, I had to wait till she stepped on "general public" Toronto soil! ;)
Because of our long-distance relationship the airport has played a huge part in our lives, especially Pearson (because she visited me way more than I was able to visit her in Paris)...besides, in Paris there are WAY better places to propose! ;) :p GREAT suggestion, Dr. Goodvibe, no matter how cliche it is! ;) Although, Jenny didn't want that one when I used to tease her with various options; for her the Eiffel tower is like the CN for us...BIG DEAL! LOL clearly they're not though, CN concrete can't touch Eiffel's charm (especially with the accordion music being played in the background! :p)

jah fortunatly I got a bunch of time before I actually even have to think about such a thing, i'm sure i'll figure something more original out. I must say though, there's something that I like about the Audrey Hepburn kind of romance. |
