I was at some local clubs here in Philly and saw some dj's but none that I can remember their names. But just progressive/house/trance djs that were local. :) |
you ing live in philly and you havent checked out wink yet?? are you ing kidding me?? he spins in 2 weeks, on the 27th...i suggest you go...and dont give me this 'ive got work' ...
well anyway now you have to check out howells, tenaglia, carl cox, digweed...you still have a ways to go...
best DJ ive seen in tenaglia...howells is a close second...ive seen him drop some of the most unreal , but he simply doesnt have records and discography DT has (now watch all you howells virgins get all self-defensive because you saw him once you think you know more than me, when in reality im omniscient and just havent realized it yet, ing rookies)... |

Yeah, I have heard a lot about him. Maybe I will check him out on the 27th. Howells, I have heard a lot of good things and wouldn't mind checking him out either. Now, for Tenaglia... I am sure some day I will go out of my way to catch a set but I have a live mix of his and if that is his style of house then to be honest... it doesn't interest me much. Seems like he likes too many cheesey vocal house tracks. There is some tribal in there, which I love, so if that is more his style then I dunno. Either way, I am sure Ill check him out by the end of the year.
Digweed, now there is a dj I cant wait to see. Global Underground LA is one of my fav EDM cds of all time. :D |

can you tell me what live mix youre reffering to?? he's not known for recording his mixes...he doesnt believe in it...are you reffering to an official mix cd?? |

- i think i have to go with ferry... he had SIX hours vs armin's three in ny, and kept up the energy for all six hours. (i have not seen pvd since new year's eve, and i must say all the life was sucked out of his set because of the fights... after he turned down the volume, you could tell he just wasn't into it)

everyone was grooving to pete tong then 1 pitcher of mojito later, i notice the place is packed and everyone is jumping to The Killers - Mr Brightside (thin white duke yadda yadda mix). I stood n smiled and continued on snowboarding the slopes and quenching my mojito thirst.
