'Subsky - Confide in you' in Kylie Minogue concert

while flipping through channels the other day i came across a rerun of the Kylie - Fever 2002 concert and something caught my attention...no it wasnt her short skirt or round bum :p but the music in the background...the song she was singing had the main melody from 'Subsky - Confide in You'...if you have the song then it hits around the 3:20 mark.
now...im pretty sure this was released in 2003 while the concert series were in 2002...who copied who? if that is the case...or is it part of an old song or something? |

| no, what has probably happen was that she sang her track "confide in me" (released in 1995 and produced by brothers in rhythm). and i'm guessing that subsky made a remake of the track and you have probably not heard kylie's original before and therefor thinking that she was singing on the melody on the subsky track |

i just had a chance to listen to Kylie Minogue-Confide In Me...and boy...it does have the melody from Subsky's track....im quite surprised...at the fact that this melody is over 10 yrs old...
