Dude, I played absolutely no role in the booking/cancellation mixup (pardon the pun:toothless).
Mike said he just asked for the next available open decks slot and they gave him that time - he was (as was I) completely oblivious to any lunch-cutting, so I hope there's no animosity towards Mike as it's completely not his fault and he doesn't deserve it :)
