i used to work out. then i started smoking. then i tried working out and still smoking (not one right after the other though). i remember trying to bench and as soon as i lifted the bar off the rack i just started coughing and it fell on my chest.
that was my last attempt at working out. :(
but now that i've been sober i'm thinking about starting up again. i just dont want to pay for a gym. :wtf: |
