I figured it was about time this got off the ground.. since i first suggested it eons ago and haven't gotten round to starting anything due to various reasons. I've also come to terms with the fact that i will not have the time nor determination to organise it. If you're interested in fulfilling this role or want to suggest someone who might, then post here.
Basically (from what i gather) it will involve setting rules & a deadline, answering Q's, sorting webspace for people to upload entries to (& for hosting the final pack), choosing judges and devising a system for judges to rate the entries.
Once decided (though at present i have no idea how that will happen ;) ) i'll PM 'the chosen one' with details of the tune i wish to be used and things can get underway :D |

I remember stan said on the last remix comp he would host the next one if needed.
Not sure if he still is up for it, would be nice. |

I can do some things but I can't arrange ftp space or host the full package on a fast server..
But I am really excited to get this thing going and I'm curious which track is to remix :D
Spread the word, who can deliver some upload space?? |

Actually i may be able to sort that part.. well i say maybe... friend of mine owns a pretty good server with public ftp access. Just a matter of asking him when he comes online. Will post here when I find out :) |

Since Stan seems to be the favourite choice here... I'll wait a few days & see if he comes on & offers (anyone got an email/IM for him?)
