Drivers in T.O. (pg. 3)

LOL at the stories of the east!!! Yeah, Vlad, sidewalks were part of the road in Saudi Arabia, too! Then they started making 1.5 foot high sidewalks so now only the SUVs climb on top of them to try to be the first to go through a traffic light when it turns from red to green.

In Lahore, Pakistan, big, nasty ting oxen also are herded along the public streets so try not to hit them! Not sure if that's a rule, though...I think it's a courtesy to give the animals right-of-way! :p

I am also a fan of this maneuvre. The best way to do it is to simply remove your foot from the gas pedal and NOT compress the brake, thereby not signalling a slowing down via brake lights. You just slowly coast to a lower speed, which is even more infuriating to the driver behind you because it's not blantantly obvious that you are doing so. Usually by the time they figure it out, it's a nice chunk of brake slam and a sore neck for a couple days. :)

To all those drivers that like to honk and be obnoxious ******s: If you're in a hurry, leave earlier .

wow bravo... you are a champ, causing even more road rage  and who are you anyways to enforce speed limits?? the friggin police??

steroprincess: highways too narrow in Montreal? since when 6 to 8 lanes too narrow?? they're not enough? you driving a Hummer? With the exception of the Monster-401 with its 12-16 lanes, the rest of your highways are as "narrow" and confusing for the out of towners.

And whenever I see a retarded Ontarian hugging the left lane and/ord driving at the (suggestive) speed limit, I take an immense pleasure to tailgate him/ highbeam / then pass by right then slam the brakes.... WELCOME TO MONTREAL MORON :D

i never meant the highway was narrow in MTL. the lanes are narrow. so a road that should have 2 lanes has 3.

Nothing to do with enforcing speed limits and everything to do with counteracting drivers. If you're going to initiate -ness, the least you can expect is for it to unfold back on you. What goes around comes around.

:D

driving at speed limit is as bad as slowing down on someone, you are imposing your will on someone else in both case.

Either get out of the way or speed up.

That is VERY true of a certain stretch of the 20...where there are overpasses and stuff...after that little town with the traffic lights (travelling to Montreal)
