i use an old prog called CakewalkPyro, which comes with a wav chopper, and mp3=> wav and vice versa ..
the only problem is that it only runs on a fat32, instead of a ntfs system, so i allocated about 3 gigs for windows me os just for recording purposes .. i have not used the os for anything else .. hahahaha . |

why dont you use one of the million free converters instead?

| either RazorLame, lame with EAC, or lame command line (depending on how frisky I'm feeling). usually just EAC 'cause it's easiest and I don't usually stray from my --alt-preset standard setting :p |
