well that's the thing, i've lived everywhere from my parents house, to my apartments, to my aunt and uncles house, to my friend's apartment, to my ex-boyfriends house, to my other ex-boyfriends condo (where i'm living now but leaving ASAP)... so the last time i moved was from my studio apt to the condo, and i threw out sooooo much that i thought i would never need again.
Akridrot - good idea on making a list though, i'm gonna start doing that tonight most likely.
IKEA is alright, but the closest one is in Chicago and i ing hate that place (its a zoo)... i mean they do have cheap stuff but it's cheap because it's crap quality. i'll probably buy a lot of from Marshall's and Target.
oh well, at least my ex is hiring movers for me, so i don't have to sweat my ass off moving everything.
and i can put my Junkie XL framed print in my living room for all to see! yay!! :D |

| i have most of what i need in terms of houshold stuff... just can't find a damn apartment right now that's worth living in. so many hovels out there for such high rent. AAaarrghhhh. (doesn't help that i gotta try and pay tuition for a post-grad program that hardly allows me to work at all too...) |

Hey I'm kinda having the same issue right now but i'm actually moving out for the 1st time (FINALLY!). Its been a bitch thus far figuring/buying everything i need for my condo.
Any tips/tricks/recommendations?

just a 1 bedroom... looked at one already and looking at a few more this week.
Shook1 - no tips/tricks in particular, but making a list right now is definitely helping me figure out exactly how much stuff i'm gonna need.
