Posting for the sake of returning thread back to discussion on energy drinks, as I myself am also curious regarding the topic. :)
And for the record - talking about (a.k.a. 'poop') is what's not on topic. The initial post (thereby dictating the topic of the thread) is regarding energy drinks. ;) |

anyone here tried the new mountain dew energy?
it went down so easy while i consumed 2L of it on sunday and it actually paid off cos i was able to stay up till 4:30am workin on my assignment |

Based on effect, I've been hearing the latest wave of energy drinks at certain levels is comparable to cocaine.
Glad North Americans have stumbled upon another healthy habbit!
Admittedly, I've downed a few Red Bulls when in need of a mental jolt, and it sure did the trick. |

The Mountain Dew one is caled Amp, i believe. Sobe makes Adrenaline, its not too bad.
The best energy drink ever made was called Venom, maybe DarkAngel can back me up on this. It was made by the company that makes Elements drinks, it was amazing. Like drinking orange crush, yum. Unfortunetely its off the market now. |

I have got to say that Red Bull is the way to go... i've had a couple other ones and they just make me wicked fidget-y (<--- i know that this is in no way a real word but its the best description i could make) but yeah so i'm all fidgeting around but still tired as hell..Red Bull always wakes me up... after ultra spin 7 when i had an exam at 8:30 on the monday after i downed a can of Red Bull on the way and by the time i got to the university i was 100% No nonsense FOCUSED.. wrote the exam in about 45 mins... and ACED it.. that to me is the proof that Red Bull will never let me down!
The morning after a night of Red Bulls and Vodka is a force however.. POST-Red Bull stomach is the WORST
