Hey, what's with all the hate for the potsmokers? While there are tons of people like your gas station friend, not everyone who smokes frequently is a moron. I know quite a few people who are highly motivated, intelligent individuals who smoke daily without negative impact on their lives.

eh, relax man, you're overwrought. Lepanto is my cousin and the fact that he's from New York as well, he's naturally sarcastic. After all, New Yorkers are the most sarcastic people in the world. I sincerely hope none of you were offended by his posts. He's a good person and if he's said something inept, don't take it to heart.
And regarding being a pothead, I think it's principally true for those of us who are from Brooklyn. I honestly don't know one adolescent here that hasn't/doesn't smoke pot from time to time.
From the inception of this thread, it wasn't meant to be taken seriously but merely in good fun. The opening post stated "Calling all NYC potheads," not "Calling everyone in NYC potheads." |

Also, saying that most NYC are potheads really is offensive to everyone from NYC. Since any bar/club/lounge is mostly filled with smokers and ppl who either trip or mellowed out on weed. But I'm sure since you're such an inside New Yorker you must know more than me. KIDS wasn't a movie made about NYC kids and they definatly weren't potheads or druggies or anything. Requim for a Dream either right? I mean it was ONLY made by a NYC native who tried to capture the harsh realities of drugs in this city. The list goes on and on, imp.
