Up till now, I haven't been involved too deeply in checking out artist albums, especially not in this genre (downtempo / electronic / ambient / whatever you may call it), but this one's a possible gem in my book.
Judging from the samples at Juno (to be found here) it should be varied enough to keep me interested for the entire album, a valued aspect which sadly does not apply to too many artist albums these days, at least not for me.
I'll try and post a decent review whenever I get the opportunity to listen to the entire album. |

| Hm, this still sounds like techno to me, albeit on a more experimental tip. I like what I'm hearing though, very varied and with plenty of home listening value. Will keep an eye out. |

| Good stuff, especially for home listening as said. If you enjoy this perhaps you may want to also check out As One - Elegant Systems. Or you can check out pretty much anything from Kirk Degiorgio. He does a lot of good techno/future jazz stuff, and when it's straight up techno, it's very much Detroit influenced. Don't think that's pertinent here, but thought I may as well mention it, withal. |
