i dont know about his upper jaw, but his lower jaw has no teeth. with no teeth, the bone kind of wears away, there is no support for the lip, and less bone, which mean more flexibility, meaning this guy is able to do this. only problem is the lips are caved into the moved with no teeth to support them, old person look.
