| Adults Only is 18+ yes. But, like an NC-17 movie, NO ONE under the age of 18 can buy the game now. A parent must purchase it. It's the only ESRB rating that is enforced. |

I agree with you 100%, but I think the rationale behind the sex is worse than violence in entertainment argument is that poor, little, impressionable kiddies with their feeble, little minds are more likely to than kill people. |

its a 17+ plus game so only 17+ can actually purchase the game. now its an 18+ game so now there has been a year you gotta way. right.
to hack it and get the code you're probably smart enough to just look at porn on the internet anyway.
why don't they get back to work on actual issues like SS and school funding.
yeah you can't watch the sex scene in the game thats aweful, but going over to someone's place to sneak up behind them and brutally murder them with a machette yeah thats acceptable. oh yeah not to mention you can kill cops and FBI agents with an arsenal of weapons. |

No. A rated R movie allows a kid into the movie with an adult. An NC-17 flick will not allow anyone under 17, parent or not. For video games, it's a tad different... because no one really enforces these rules. However, I think with AO titles, they have to enforce it.
And... San Andreas > Vice City hard. San Andreas is easily the best game in the series. |
