I love my Human Traffic poster :D
We wanna go somewhere else. We're not threatened by people anymore. All our insecurities have evaporated. We're in the clouds now. We're wide open. We're spacemen orbiting the earth. The world looks beautiful from here, man. We're nympholeptics, desiring for the unobtainable. We risk sanity for moments of temporary enlightenment. So many ideas. So little memory. The last thought killed by anticipation of the next. We embrace an overwhelming feeling of love. We flow in unison. We're together. I wish this was real. We want a universal level of togetherness, where we're comfortable with everyone. We're in rhythm. Part of a movement. A movement to escape. We wave goodbye. Ultimately, we just want to be happy. Heh, yeah^Åhang on, what the was I just talking about? |
The movie captures the feeling so perfectly...a lot better then that kid from Go! Haha Quality. |

I hated Go! so much...
Human Traffic is the ultimate "get psyched for the weekend" film.
THE WEEKEND HAS LANDED! I've got 48 hours off from the world, man. All that exists now are clubs, drugs, pubs and parties.
I am gonna talk cod to strangers all night.
holy , and I don't think Jaime's ever seen it. |

I love Go...but just as a stupid, cheesy, Hollywood make believe, "raver" party movie.
As for Human Traffic...brilliant! I bought the DVD...I needed to own it.
I heard Groove was really good too...I can't find a copy to rent here in Windsor though. Have you seen it? I still haven't been able to see It's All Gone Pete Tong either, since it decided to lie to me and not come to Windsor. I'll have to wait until it comes out on DVD. There were also a few documentary style movies that were advertised on Ferry's Live @ Spundane CD. I was thinking of finding out the names, and seeing what I could do to get a hold of them. I love seeing movies that really tell it like it is...in regards to EDM, and the lifestyle it brings.
And as for Jamie...we might not be able to be friends anymore b/c of this...either that, or we could just devirginize him from non-Human Traffic watching. Whaddya say? |
