GUSGUS ARE: Birgir Thorarinsson aka Biggi Veira, Magnus Gudmundsson aka Buckmaster De La Cruz, Urdur Hakonardottir aka Earth, Stephan Stephensen aka President Bongo A short brake in a making of the short film "Pleasure" made it possible for the first GusGus self - titled album to be born. In 1996 gusgus got a deal with 4AD. This collaboration gives birth to 3 albums, Polydistortion, This Is Normal and finally GusGus vs T-world. During the 4AD years, GusGus starts touring massively, stirring the music world with their powerful live-show. In 2000 the group changes. 6 original members leave and the 3 remaining producers find hope in a new female singer, Earth. In 2002 gusgus make their 4th studio album ATTENTION: GusGus are respected for their choice of remixers with Captain Comatose, Carl Craig, Aaron-Carl, 16B, Darren Emerson, Mark Bell, MAW and many more putting their love into it. GusGus also hold an impressive rooster of remixes with Bjork, Depeche Mode, Aaron-Carl, Model 500, Roy Davis jr., Captain Comatose, Sigurros, Einar Orn and Robert Owens on top of the list!

id go just for that track was it "Purple" back on Oakeys Tranceport album in 99 or 00 whichever... even if they played all night and then played that then id say itd be a good night..
i wonder if this is the same Gus Gus as im talking about but i dont see too many Gus Guses running around so i guess im probably right..
alas.. im in iraq... tell me whoever goes if they play it... |

how is it random, other people on this thread were talking about older tracks they loved of Gus Gus's and i was just listening to two of their new singles, "Porn" and "Lust", off their new album that has yet to be released and i commented on how those two new tracks were quite intresting.
Sorry i didn't metion the titles of those songs in my first post. |
