I cant get enough of this stuff...I regret not learning when I was just out of highschool..

Great vid...I wish there was a thread that just collected breaking vids...they are great. I cant find too many though.

you have to have agility and flexibility and have to be able to lift ur body weight and some. those gravity defying moves are all based on momentum. i could do some back in my day but not to the extreme of those combos. i breaked for 3 years straight like practicing everyday practicing with different toronto crews and i wasnt even close to that. id look like a total rookie compare to those guys. thats shaping and forming and practicing ur body for at least a decade or more. theres alot of work in break dancing dont kid yourself.

i practiced for 3 years and my bggest comnbo was flares to nutcrackers. which is in nothin compared to the moves they were pulling.
