What a great time it was. Got there just after 11 so we had to pay cover, but I didn't mind at all as I would support Brad and Max any time -- especially after a night like this.
The beginning of the night was a bit slow -- nobody was there. The place was almost empty. Very odd (i guess it was summer-in-canada-so-everyone's-at-a-cottage-syndrome). Brad was spinning some really comatose tracks. All good music, mind you.
Brad kicked it up a couple of notches as he was setting Max up for the start of his set, where Max spun quite possibly one of my favourite sets of his (programming-wise). I didn't want the night to end -- it went by so quickly :)
Anyway, it was awesome to spend that night with all you party animals who made it out! Thanks for making it a great birthday!
PS. I was in the dang washroom when he dropped "Washing Machine" :( -- booo urns. |

It was a lot of fun to come back to System. Been away for too long :)
:eyes: there definately was a great turn out and every one brought their dancing shoes :P
Along with it being several people's birthday, it was also our friend Daniel's birthday.
I think everyone that I had a chance to chat with, dance along side - were having a great time, as Brad tore it up and Max continued to drop some awesome tracks.. The ones that just get ya dancing full tilt:D
My friend Andrew arrived early, nice and early b4 it filled up. It was great to see a lot of familiar faces - Tatgirl, Asland (sp?) :) Gavin and the crew that I came to meet with Adam, Kim, Daniel & Domini - had an amazing weekend.
So there - this will not be the only time I post, rather I look forward to posting on here more often, and getting to meet more TA's :)

I had such a good time. Relatively sober night for me. I only had 2 beers and 2 redbulls. Left around 5 am because my legs couldn't take it anymore and I had a big night of Above and Beyond at the Guvernment planned for the next night.
It was great to party with Jon again. He's been around since the beginning of my party days just a few short years ago. Back when I was using fake ID's to get into shows and my dancing consisted of 2 steps. We've come a long way, and so has max!! His stage prescence is alot greater, his sets have more energy, and the booth bunnies are hotter. His set didn't take me on a Shine'esque journey, but it still got me dancing pretty hard. Seeing him freak out to the cd skipping, and then tapping the tone arm to keep the beat was neat. Never seen anyone do that before. My only complaint is that his set wasn't as technically sound as I'm used to hearing from him.
None the less, Max made a fan out of my friends and out of Katy (who had never seen max play before), so much so, that she just called me to say "Road trip, montreal, max graham! Lets go!"
Solid night! Max really needs to play toronto more often. I miss the frequency this city had last year.
Great to see many TA's out in full force dancin up a storm. Milos and your friend Jay, it was a pleasure. We gotta go out for these sober nights alot more. Dan, I can now fully see why they refer to you as a machine. joinT, you really helped Katy out alot in times of need. Tyler and Linzie, finally got to meet you guys, you really do have a great floor prescence at parties and bring it to a new level. Cheers to all the TA's.
