cant satisfy myself with the kick.. how do i make my percussions fit this track??

| the kick is either too muffled or doesnt have enough fat low end.. ive been using kicks from icones 200 kicks zip and using a multiband compressor that comes with cubase.. i dont think any of my attempts are really worth showing, can someone help me out here? maybe give a few links too good kick samples or name a good vsti plugin for cubase? |

| Can't really tell until I hear the sample, but it sounds to me like another instrument is taking up space in the low ends. |

Try to contact our professional sound engeneer Dave West, or just read his awesome tutorial HERE.After following the steps of his awesome tutorial, you'll have a perfect kick and will be always satisfised with it.

theres my sloppy intro.. any info on how too make a kick/clap that sounds good with this will be helpfull. i can post my attempts so far and samples im playing with. Also, whats a good compresser/EQ vst i should get so i can stop using the default cubase one? |
