Well we all got owned again tonight...despite the ridiculously ty sound system and ghetto ass venue. Tania threw down...crazy style. Kristina blew it up before her aswell like only she knows how to do...
It was hilarious seeing this gorgeous Australian girl working her M-Audio Midi controller, and Ableton live on an Imac...playing in between sweaty ravered out dudes with beards and lip rings who spun warped ass records and had the strangest track selection....
But in any case...it was just fun. I'm pretty sure Tania had a great time...I don't just speak for myself when I say I really hope she comes back soon and gets a longer set at a good venue.

First and formost, TANIA THIS IS NOT HOW ALL OF LOS ANGELES IS!!!

Lets begin with it shall we? Clovis and leave around 8:30, arrive in San Bernardino around 10. We cant find the place, all we see is a pizza parlor with a security guard...so we park and walk over there. We as the security guard whats going on inside and whats the name and address of this place. She replies with I dont know to each!!!:wtf: ok, then she lets some one in and what pours out notifies us that this is the place...bass synth bass synth bass synth @150 bpm. Yep this is it, so we go in and turns out clovis has to wait for some guy to let him in so we wait in the cashier's place and see what thought to be extinct but ravers with candy and glowstick parts EVERYWHERE! oh man....:nervous: the dj behind is spinning with basskills and crossfader (still wrecking most of the mixes) and finally a call is made to the cashier which allows clovis to come in! Now we go checkout the other rooms, wow....im getting orion flashbacks by now!!! just 12-16 year olds everywhere!! Next thing, Daniel and his GF show up wow, great meeting them, had a great chat both inside and outside at the patio (we were standing next to a pile of 2x4's with rusty nails sticking out) So it hits 11:35 and I think clovis's says I think kristina is supposed to be on, so we go back inside to see, and while we are walking we hear Tiesto Flight 643, then all of a sudden that unmistakable smile of Kristina Sky greats us from on top of the decks! WOW I havent seen her on the tables for a good month or so, starting to get a little withdrawls but OH MAN she threw it down really strong!! Probably the strongest I've ever seen her, still a great set overall!!!! :eyes: . I noticed that she was having trouble hearing, but from hearing the quality of soundsystem and not seeing any monitor insight, I was really amazed at the mixing done by her! Wow after the set was finished some guy with his acid sounds came on, so we went out to patio and talk to Kristina and Tania. Glad my waterbottle went to good use ;), still chatted a bit more with the other unofficial TA's and even met a new face, brian! we end up outside till about 1:30 because thats when Tania was supposed to start and when we got in there, the previous dj looked like he did not want to get off, so it took about an extra 5 mins, but once the sound stopped, the Apple was on, ableton live and m-audio midi keyboard powered up...WOW and the first that hits is a mix of synergy hello strings flash brothers remix with ridgewalkers find acapella!!! Ok let me lay out what i got:

Tania had such grace with her music, she is extremely talented and with this wow...the possibilities seemed infinite!! Kristina + Tania really made my night it was really awesome to feel really great music!!!
Then...the next dj comes on with....ALICE DEEJAY - BETTER OFF ALONE!!!...ok its outs for us!!:wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: And outside Kristina tells us he was cueing up DJ Jean - The Launch...got to be kidding me, its like a timemachine back into 1998!! Anyways I was hopping to hang out more with you guys, but after outside was really great good to hear about new details in your upcomming shows Kristina!! I for sure will be there! and Tania thanks so much once more, that was a total BLAST!!! My dream is to one day live in Australia(yes i know your currently in the UK :p ), I seriously hope we can somehow stay in touch! :crazy: Clovis always a pleasure chilling with you, Daniel + GF (Sorry your name slipped my mind at the moment :( ) AWESOME TIME with you guys, really a pleasure to meet you guys!! Brian, I am glad to see others like you really feeling the music! Thanks again for a wonderful night, I AM OUT!! :)

I wanted to check out Tania's Abelton/M-Audio action so I said it and jumped on stage with Clovis & Kristina. I was the guy with the bright yellow shirt. First time I got to see how abelton works. Sick!
I got their right when Tania was about to go on. See is so damn cute I could not believe it. I loved her set. Great track selection. Not that soft mellow but bass lines were hitting. She looked like a little girl playing with all here toys. She had the biggest smile on her face jumping and waiving her arms. It was so funny watching all the people who where rolling yelling and grabing for her hands falling in love. I was falling in love too. With her and her music. I wish I would have asked Clovis to take a picture of me and her. Atleast I got to chill on stage a watch her in action.
Then James Dub came on. I think he is the one that played Silence. I could not belive it. He was playing all the ooooolllllddddd ass songs. I wanted to leave so bad but I was laughing so hard that I wanted to hear the next track he would play. It was a Flashback-

Can you belive it or what. It is 2005 right. His set should have been listed as Flashback or something. Has anyone ever seen James Dub before. Does he always spin the played out tunes.
One reason I think Tania needs to come back is because the venue last night was G-E-T-T-H-O. It does not give the L.A./Area what it deseves. We have so much better venues and crowds. The venue had evrywhere. I almost fell off the stage on to a bunch of metal spikes. Its like they decorated it with all that . It was so damn hot too.
I am glad I went though. I only went to see Tania and I was not dissapointed. Like I said great set. I have to get myself one of those M-Audio mixers and an Abelton program. It looked like fun to use. I will definetly see her next time she comes out her. |

I cannot believe the TA support considering the distance.
I havent slept in almost 2 days, Tania was only here for about 36 hours, so we were totally rushed and hectic.
I just dropped her at the airport and now i need to sleep.
I will write more soon, and also post a bunch of pictures I have from Tania's set at Heaven, and also pics that Tania took of me @ the party last night n' vice versa.
She had an amazing time.

shes prolly used to it. clubs in europe such as the roxy in prague was pretty much similar to last night's venue. but you make it what you want it to be! i loved her music so i had a blast! |

LMAO to be honest I've been to some of the other parts of San Bernardino :nervous: and the area we were at was much much better! There are also places like crestline and lake arrowhead...but those dont count :tongue2 In that quote i was just meaning the music scene, this event was like a timemachine to 6 years ago! |
