so i'll walk down to Kmart, buy an semiautomatic with a small portion of the money he's given me; shoot the man with the money and questions and live a happier life knowing i won't be randomly murdered over some stranger's greed. |

He doesn't come back to murder you, he walks out of your life and you never see him again.
Oh you can't go to prison for it either, that's another thing I forgot to mention.

"ah but the second he gives you the money he shoots you dead, and takes the money back. Apparently he's been giving out the same bag of money for 30 years, but he doesn't actually deliver it until someone else has agree to getting the money in exchange for your death" |

actually, no.
I wouldn't... you have just said "somebody" in the world will be murdered....
That could mean anyone, inluding yourself and your family/friends, and I doubt I could live on with the thought of being responsible for anyone's death... |
