well i got this in my email... new parties that moved from avalon to spirit. it seems like they took over everything :nervous:

| Doesn't really matter because Made Events are still throwing partys at Spirit.....nobody goes to Spirit unless it's a Made Event (unless of course your one of those people:wtf: ) |

good times to be had, let's hope those douchebag managers of avalon (god, fedor banuchi sucks the big kahuna) don't start charging $40 a head.. $30 was a ripoff as it is, i should get the better business bureau on the horn and complain about that :haha: . however, i'd pay $30 just to see that bathroom dj (david something?)....damn guy was ing Hotter than a bunch of hot coals in my underpants!
anyone have the feeling the same crowd as avalon has had will be going to spirit now?

Honestly, that's what I'm saying. I don't think I ever will go to Spirit again. Those DJs will attract that crowd so that even when there's a good DJ, they'll still be there. Did anyone ever go to Spirit on a regular night? |

Just consider it a combination of the already lousy Spirit crowd in conjunction with the Avalon crowd.

you know.. part of me totally agrees with you to stay away bc of the crowd and then part of me says "wait a sec.. if we do that, then we're just letting the ty crowds win over and stomp all over our beloved venues.. WE MUST CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR OUR CLUBS!" sort of thing.. but then again... aw , iono. |

If there was a bigger majority of us, than yes, we could pull it, but face it, we're outnumbered. The only thing that could help us is if the bouncers started kicking all the dumbasses out. |
