First time in Atlanta....what's there to do at night? (pg. 2)

welcome to atlanta! too bad you missed last night b/c nick warren was here. not much happens during the week in atlanta usually unless it's like a normal club night. you can get listings of events on here, JIVE Magazine,Lunar Magazine, or even Creative Loafing. on friday the 29th we have chris fortier here and on the 30th Junkie XL. maybe we'll meet you sometime this week :) |

Pink Pony and Cheetah both are pretty good, Cheetah is better if u have lots of $$ to spend

lol, well Atlanta's been alright so far...
Last night we ate at Longhorn and Tu Tu Tango, both great places. The service is great here, much more so than Montreal.
Around 11pm we headed over to Mako (or Maki?). The bar was pretty much empty except for this smokin hot chick on a swing.
She approached me and asked if I wanted to go for a ride :D . Now, being from Montreal, I've seen alot....but nothing like this so I said sure, why not.
I eagerly jumped onto the swing like I was 10 years old all over aagain. Let me tell you, I don't remember swings being this fun :haha: :haha: . My buddies got a good laugh every time she slammed her ass into my face,lol. She was half-italian, half filipino, awesome mix.
Anyways, that was day #1. Tonight, I'm gonna check out some other place. Maybe I'll get another swing ride. Maybe I'll grow some balls and bring some chick back to my hotel. We shall see... |

LOL! You went to Mako where everyday is like Mardi Gras. The Living Room next door usually spins trance. Things are generally dead in Buckhead until thursday to saturday. Check out the midtown block on Crescent Avenue and 14th street. Front Page News is a good Canjun eatery with good beers. And then all around that area are house playing clubs and lounges. The Cheetah is not far from there too. ;) |
