all i know is what ive heard.
all ive heard is they need a probable cause to search your vehicle. they dont need a search warrant if i can remember watching cops. |

mmmmhmmmm...
but yeah, if you're speeding, there's not a lot they can do sides write a ticket, if they have evidence of your speeding there's not a lot you can do.
if they think your participating in illegal activities they must have probable cause to search your vehicle. Can you refuse the search until they have a search warrent though? |

most cops are nothing but violent bureaucratic thugs (notice i said most, not all) who are stupid and just follow orders. you know, that constitution that they swear to uphold, well, they violate it every day.
why don't we just have peace keepers anymore? |

yeah really. I really have a thing for my university cops - they are the ones that couldn't make it into a real police force, so the police college kids doing no harm just trying to find themselves whilest having a good time. :rolleyes: |

LOL no.
Cops can basically do whatever they want. Its your word against him/her. So basically dont try & fuk with em for a reason to pull u over. They can easily make up a reason. Ive been in court & ive seen Cop fiends make up reasons for pulling over people. If the cops lie, mosly they win. If the civilians lie, mostly they lose. Sorry, but thats the way in America. Just get a good lawyer that has alot of pull with the judges. The judges is what matters really. |
