^the most pointless post in existance?

Is the track under his DT8 alias? and would you happen to have a sample?

darren tate really sucks in my opinion. the only good tracks he made worth mention is "citisen caned - the journey" and "orion - see me here" even if he made that last one in collaboration. he's always made silly and plain boring tracks aimed for kids below 5years of age. take his opera song for example and his dt8 guise is a stupid joke.

actually,

Darren Tate vs. Jono Grant - Let The Light Shine In; was one of the most popular songs of 2002

Darren Tate vs. Jono Grant - Nocturnal Creatures; got huge DJ feedback

Darren Tate vs. Mike Koglin - Now Is The Time; i thought was huge when it came out... still don't think its anything bad compared to whatever you are comparing it to

Kota - Waiting; this had massive DJ support

i don't really understand your post, the majority of people and label owners along with a lot of compilations seem to support Darren Tate.

this is the part where you respond with, 'well i have higher standards and the world just doesn't understand me or what good music really is'

ok, we have a winner.

Yeah truely love his productions, not the commercial one you mentioned: under his orion guise, or that Opera song...

But tracks mentioned by Anthony are great, same for Prayer For A God. Really like Elevation too, one of my fave.

hmmmm i never liked his productions too, they never seemed mastered well, also lot of stuff going on but they all collide or something + lots of supersaws of the not powerful kind

of course i qould love making tracks like those, but that's another story, we are now comparing with the big ones

Darren tate is consistent.

Darren Tate is in the process of writing ANOTHER new track at the momnent. In fact, the instrumental is probably done and that is what you heard on Above and Beyond's show.

A friend of mine is singing on that track, and i believe its called

Succumb to the Light (or Night, i probably misheard lol)

She is coming to london this weekend to record the vocals.

It will be the next release from Darren in his DT8 guise.

:)
