Running, Boxing etc Compliation

Basically, I want to do a mix for when I run and box. I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for driving and powerful tunes with little build ups.
Examples: (tunes you can go mad to)

I don't run or box...but I do Shaolin and Wushu...and the first 30 minutes of our session consists of basic jumps and kicks and flips and like that. I've made one 30-min session CD that is trance/house based, cuz that's what we like to listen to, and let's face it....this kind of music just makes u go *rawr*
anyways...I need help from y'all, we need tracks that are 3-4 minutes long...preferrably vocals, non-vocals are cool too tho...I love Paint it Black remix but most of the songs I've searched on here are progressive trance (I know, I know, that's what this forum's about) but I know that y'all know of others...maybe house or hard house? hell trance works great, but It's hard to find 3-4 minute tracks and the ones that gets the blood pumpin ya know? any help would be greatly appreciated!
