I am on the board since 2001 and I remember the time when everybody here considered him as a GOD. He was the greatest! and now, things have really changed : a lot of people seems to hate him...why?

Armin's effect???

undercover Tiesto trying to figure out why his fame is slipping??

It's just a natural process. Some special musical artists can dominate their industry for years and years, but once wear begins to set and new talents emerge in they lose much of the fan base they once had. See Eminem.

I think he was popular until people saw what he looked like. That's a face even a mother couldn't love

Thats what happens when money becomes more important than quality:P

like Nautilus said, Look at Eminem

I've loved him since i found him. But in the last year, (ever since TIC2) he's been under more pressure than anyone should ever be under. The man needs a long vacation, and someone else to hold that dumb title.

People hate on the guy because he hasn't been able to keep the standard that brought him to the top. Look at his live sets from 1999-2002, spectacular. Then look at what he did ever since, not much. When you set such a high standard, you gotta stay up there or bring it higher or people will naturally think you've gotten worse.
