no it wasnt,...... it wasnt high either, but not on the ground this was taken just as it lifts off ..in the big shot you can see it had yet to clear the tower but was off the ground. |

It was as it came back, cause there was fracture on the shuttle.. hot air got into the shuttle's wing burning it.. this is lift off. |
