| I have to become Rick's little bitch. Rick is now my Physical Therapist. According to my doctor, my knee problems have gotten to the point where I need to start attending physical therapy regularly. Which means... three times a week. I'll be bent, stretched, and broken. Pity me. |

My knee has been messed up for a decade. Sometimes its diagnosed as Patellar Femoral Syndrome, sometimes its Patellar Tendonitus and somethings its other things. I can almost remember what its like to run... almost |

Yeah and now I just moved into a city where you WALK everywhere! No need for a car! So I hope that that combined with the therapy will finally help this insane pain. |
