Has anyone used the EFX 500 via midi output to record, if so what program do you use.
Also can abelton live be used to record? |

To record what???
The EfX outputs midi time code only.
I have used it ocassionally to sync to my atari for grabbing an awkward sample, but thats all you can do with the midi side of the efx |

| I use Ableton to record my mixes. I strongly advise you NOT to, because the files are massive and it takes forever to make them listenable, but it still works. |
