cant even begin to compare the two, the LP vs. a dj showcase at a club by far...i mean the closest thing to something like this would be Mardi Gras, in insanity -- and this is a PARADE + Afterparty in ONE day!

I would love to catch PvD as well :) I say we try to go to this babes!! And blitzy n Jen too :) I've NEVER been to Cali b4 either so i am deff down for this :)

| my boyfriend and i went last year and we have been planning our return trip since then!!! everyone should go! it was an amazing surreal experience! even if the lineup isnt exactly how you would plan it, the local floats are still amazing and for those of you who think it might be too much trance... trust me... you will hear the lovely sound of house all over the city. wed and thurs night the clubs had their doors open with no cover charges... it was just a wonderful atmosphere everwhere we went! it is supposed to be betteer this yer as well... check priceline.com and travelocity... last year we went for $500 for 5 nights in a boutique hotel and airfar included. this year it looks like we're going for around $400. |

I was planning Miami this year at the end of the year BUT i will be there in march with all of you! SO, i say we get on this!!!

that's weird, i didnt think that at all. it was fun. basically a diverse outdoor daytime party with a lot of different music. less commercial than anything i had been to on the east coast, which was cool. plus i love breaks and there were lots of floats with breaks. i didnt go to any after parties cause i was too tired...
i think it was around 15000-20000 ppl. |
