Nope.

If it's urgent, they'll call again or leave a message. If not, it's probably not worth it anyway.

So, for the past two days I've been getting repeated phone calls from the same two numbers, both of which are Toronto, ON based. I found one of them through whitepages.com, and I have no idea who the person is. I don't know anybody from Toronto, and in the 5-7 times these numbers have called nobody has left a message. Not to mention, the calls have been placed at random times between 7pm and 2pm, including one at 6:30 this morning.

If you're calling me, please stop.

It could be a telephone marketing business that is preforming a survey. They phone your number at different times of the day to test when you are at home or not. This information goes into a database & is then passed onto other businesses. It is a way of the telephone marketing businesses to become more efficient. Soon you will be getting phone calls from companies trying to connect you to their cheap Telephone service, or donate some money to cancer foundation / multiple sclerosis foundation, or be talking to an Indian about Internet services etc.

It's a mobile, so I doubt that's it. Plus, I don't think they'd call at 6:30am.

And I didn't give out my # to anyone online that I didn't trust, so I'm really confused. I have one guess as to who it is, though ...

Oh, and last weekend I got a random 'omfg' text. That was obviously someone from this board, but I have no idea who.

Yeah, but none of my friends outside of TA are internet nerds, so I doubt they'd even know what omfg is, let alone send it to me on a txt message. Plus it was a Florida area code, and none of my friends live in Florida.
