Thanx guys, I'm glad ya'll liked it! :) I try to put the "progression" into the progressive sound, moving thru the different genres and slowly increasing the tempo over the course of 4+ hours (started at 128bpm, finished at about 136). I wish I could say that some of the classics were intentionally placed liked they were, but the trancier sound at the end of the night is an area where I lack a good selection of new tunes (I didn't get a ton of new tunes in 2005 until August, and a majority of those were prog house tracks).
I used to live in Madison, Wisconsin a few years ago, but I moved to Savannah, Georgia in the fall of 2004. I miss it alot, but the SAV has been treatin' me well thus far, DJ'ing and other employment wise.
The other residents at Venus plan to bring some fancy recording gear from school (SCAD) to Venus for St. Patricks Day weekend (Savannah has the 2nd biggest St. Patty's day festival in the country) to record all of our sets that weekend, so I'll have another loooooong mix posted here in a few months! :D |

maytag was THE trance DJ in madison for years....when he left, so did the trance nights. :( but i expect a little resurgence in trance related nights in madison in 2006 :gsmile: |

Sometime last year Mitch passed me the trance baton on madfam, it was my proudest moment. i think i dropped it tho. :( |
