That is right. I think its silly to talk about nominating a mod at this point when 1) nothing has been reached with swamper and 2)they have split the 2boards and when the FLTA is left with no mod
As mentioned IF WE DO split up the ATL TA's from the FLTA's Swamper should be the temp mod so he can take his time reviewing the nominations. As Mel has said i dont see a someone serious to take the job:conf: when electing a mod we should consider these points:
1) He must be Fair and Balanced
2) Serious and Mature
3) Experience and know how to handle a board
4) Know the people
Because this board right now is upside down, drama now it turned out to be a clown board.... i am not excluding myself i have done stupid here and i have continued.... but im in the process in stopping,lol, serious. But yeah again like Mel said i dont see anyone from the FLTA members having these qualities to take this job..... so ill just leave to some of the other old FLTA's that know better the people here(have been here longer than me) and have a stronger voice on this one.
Note: we must not elect a mod only because we think he is kool or funny w.e, order must be restored here somehow |

i'll make sure the mod elected is suited all round. Swamper wont have the time to mod this himself, but as said before, let me speak to him about the forum and then we'll talk mods.
