I was expecting him to spin a lot of tried and tested Euro trance anthems...like what the much hyped Alex Gold did earlier that night but wow! He busted out with all new tracks.
He started off with the beautiful uplifter: Moon Project-Moments are Forever and ended off with a pumpin' hard trance track: DJ Vortex & Arpa's Dream-Incoming (Arome Remix). In between he played a lot of melodic uplifting songs such as the brand new Dumonde remix of MUTE-Missed Beat as well as the new DJ Scot Project remix of Brooklyn Bounce-Club Bizarre, Megara-The Megara, Nu-NRG "Dreamland", Mat Silver vs. Tony Burt-The Perfect Wave, and a few Orion tracks. At a time when most trance DJ's are moving toward the progressive side and spinning the same boring , George Acosta really impressed me with his choice of uplifting and poundin trance tunes. |
