thanks for all the posts, but nobody has answered my question:
Who was in the top 10 published in Q Magazine?
All you guys have done is put in your own top 10's. Being as this is a trance site your lists are very trance biased. I wonder how many trance dj's if any were in that top 10, anyone remember? |

This guy's live PA is amazing, i seen him recently and it was absolutely top notch. He's an awesome talent.

This is by no means a favourite of all time list, but definitely a good selection and variety of DJ's / Live Acts that I would from experience recommend people go and see. I've put Umek at the top because I think he is one of the most underrated techno DJ's out there. Even if you don't like his style of techno, with a bit of tribal influence in places, seeing him do his 'thing' is just an experience in itself. The man just never stops mixing; literally. |

He's quality indeed.. Can't wait to go and see him, though bummer is he's spinning at the same time as Sasha and I should really check him out just to see whether he's worth all the fuss. That and there seems to be a TA meeting when he's on. |

Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea who the top 10 were in Q magazine..
I made a list like this a few years ago.. here's how I'm progressing:
* Tiesto - Never seen live.
* Armin Van Buuren - Seen numerous times.
* Paul Van Dyk - Seen about 5 times.
* Marco V - Seen once.
* Ferry Corsten - Seen once.
* Paul Oakenfold, but specifically in 1994 - This one's probably not going to happen, given that time travel isn't likely to be invented.
* Nu NRG
* Gabriel & Dresden
* Sasha
Can't think of a 10th.. maybe Matt Hardwick or The Thrillseekers, or Perry O'Neil.
