haha .. go sterile city !!

This is just another sad display of how this country really refelcts what its leaders want, not the people. And that whole lawnmower can go straight to hell because if you live in the suburbs or anywhere out of Toronto, your going to have a bigger than average lawn than people in the City. As for the music, WTF is next..."Loud music is the music of the Devil" crap?:whip: :whip: :whip:

actually i think most residents think this way as well. These laws are just a reflection of how un-neighbourly and intolerant canadians have become to anything that doesn't involve themselves.

"why should i have to listen to their lawnmower?"

etc etc

why have we become like this? My theory is because we spend so much time in our cars we forget how to be human. Look at modern neighbourhoods. There are no community gathering places unless you count the mall. People drive everywhere eliminating any communication on the street or in public areas. Therefore people lose tolerence and respect for their community and like this starts to happen.

Im getting out of here. I decided it while i was away. This is no way to live.

So...when are they going to be doing something about the crazy rice rockets running around with fart cans on the back that pump out DMX through their stereo's at all hours of the day/night?

This is rediculous. Everyone complains about everything these days.

Wow talk about taking it too far :wtf: This is what happens when the average age of a country looks like this:

In 2004, the share of seniors (age 65+) in the population of each region ranged from 11.2 per cent in the GTA to 15.3 per cent in the Northeast. By 2031, seniors will account for 18.9 per cent of the population in the GTA and 31.5 per cent in the Northeast.

So sad :(

then explain why i saw old people tapping their feet as they lay on the sand as house music was blaring on the beach in bulgaria?

I dont think the problem here is old people. It goes way beyond that.

There should be a bylaw on people washing their driveways in sandals with no shirt on, then sitting on lawn chairs in a garage with it open, and watching people walk by their washed driveways lol

I agree, but I still want to add that it's also because of the way of life in North America. All everybody ever worries about is their job and money (primarily, making more of it). The stress related to that just results in the general population losing all tolerance for one another - any little thing will set a person off cause they're constantly high-strung.

I wonder how many of these ridiculous laws must be implemented before you can no longer say that you're living in a free society. Where is teh freedom?
