| I was using those in my car sometimes to test my sounsystem and I didnt notice a big difference when I had em on opposed to when they where off. If anything they cut the highs more then the lows cause my bass seemed exactly the same. |

| I bought these cause a couple years ago at Aria the highhats were so piercing my ears would be ringing for the next 2 days. I used them a couple times and I found they did a pretty good job for the price, but they did muffle the sound some. I don't use them anymore cause either my hearing has deteriorated or the sound at Aria is more leveled. |

how is the bass supposed to be muffled when you're sitting in a car!?!?
The bass will travel thru your whole body and you'll hear it earplugs or not ;) |

Very true, Bass notes travel further and through more things than treble notes. I guess thats why it's hard to get an ear plug that maintains the balance. |

yea true that especially with my bass. Fast ill check around for you to see if I can find a pair because I remember it took pretty long for it to come in the mail. |
