It's Lee-Cabrera, two guys:
Stephen Lee (short white guy) and Albert Cabrera (latin guy w/ glasses).
They make some really good funky-tribal house. I saw Stephen Lee spin about 2 years ago and he was pretty good, and then I got to hang out at an afterparty and hear his drunken ramblings! lol
I haven't really been digging some of their latest stuff. Their track "Shake It" was just about the biggest house track of the year in 2003 though.

Stephen Lee killed it in Miami this year... would like to hear him again, but not at Avalon.
