Friday Night soFLTA Party review + pics

Last night was a great, great time. 4 of FLTA's best DJS, all in one night. You couldn't ask for anything more. Starting the night was our own Gerry Cueto. Tunage from him included Air for Life (Original) and Messages to close off his set. All great stuff. Relik's set was nothing short of amazing. Best one I've heard to date. Can't remember any IDs from that set, but it was all great stuff. Groove Eric came on afterwards with some SICK new songs from such artists as M.I.K.E., Arizona and so forth. AvB - Shivers (Alex M.O.R.P.H. remix) is one of my favorite songs now, and it was great to hear this particular remix last night. And last. but certainly, not least, DJ Douglas. He only played for an hour or so, but it was ALL sick hardtrance which was VERY noteworthy in comparison to me and Mel's favorite hardtrance DJ, Marcel Woods. All hard, high BPM, danceable songs, he closed off his set with Inertia - The Chamber. Awesome to see you play again, Doug. We hope you can do it more often! Manny put on his light-show again, and it was just mindblowing. I videotaped both of those sessions, will be encoded as soon as I have some hard drive space. TA turnout was great last night. Mel, Renzo, Lis, Anthony, Karen, Flo, Harold, Ingrid, Manny, Maribel...sorry if I forgot anyone...

And of course, many special thanks to Koky for arranging and hosting this party. Great vibe, great people, hermano. A long ass drive from Weston to Deep Miami, but it was well worth it. Until the next time. I only took DJ pics last night, will be in the next post.

Salud.

thank you all for making it such a great vibe last night.

all the dj's were phenomenal. leave me with the miami local trance dj's and paying $75 to listen to tiesto or even pvd for that matter . OUR LOCALS play much better stuff . they play darker . they play harder and much better quality tunes when its time to lay down the law  just check out Erics set on love the weekend this wednesday
Renzo

They were, but the computer froze and all the recordings were lost! :whip: :whip: :whip:

Claw, do some research if you can and see if there is a way to recover data from total recorder if the computer turns off. Is there a temp file or something I can use to maybe salvage some of the sets?

Other than that, the party was sick!!! :D More review later....

**EDIT** This is Eric posting :tongue2
